Private deployment is not a standard SKU; it is delivered per project after signing. Clients provide servers, domains, certificates and channel credentials.

Service fees are invoiced separately and are not merged into subscription plans; no commitments beyond the agreed scope.

No trading on behalf of clients, no managing client accounts, no sharing in trading profit and loss.

No resale or redistribution of exchange or vendor market data; data projects require the client to hold licences.

Training is not delivered under an academy or school name and is not open-enrolment.

Joint development uses net revenue as the share base; contracts specify IP ownership, settlement cycle, audit rights and exit terms.
