Bind your first channel

Enter channel credentials in the console. Telegram example:

                  @BotFather → /newbot → copy the token → paste it into the AIChatFlow channel binding page
                

Upload the knowledge base

Import product docs and FAQs, then run a retrieval test to confirm hits.

Configure the workflow and go live

Start from the Q&A template, set handoff rules — the channel is back on automated duty.
